Prices

At NU-Modest ApS®, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Payment

NU-Modest ApS® receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Bank transfer. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

NU-Modest ApS® strives to send orders placed before 4 pm on a weekday.

Shipping within Denmark: We ship to all of Denmark with free shipping on orders above 499 DKK; otherwise, shipping prices start from 39 DKK with DAO, PostNord & GLS. Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. Your item will be delivered within 1-3 business days of ordering within Denmark.
Shipping within the EU: We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs for EU orders will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company, typically ranging from 3-5 days with DHL and 5-10 days with Postnord for EU countries.
International Shipping: We also ship Worldwide, shipping costs for the different markets will be calculated at checkout, with delivery times typically ranging from 3-5 business days with DHL and 5-10 days with Postnord.
Note: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, and you will be notified. If problems occur, contact customer service.

Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order with NU-Modest ApS®, you agree to the following terms:

Waiting Time
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product is not immediately available for shipping. Pre-order items typically have a waiting time of 2-5 weeks, depending on the specific style. The estimated shipping date is listed on the product page under "Estimated Shipping."
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing the pre-order. Your payment secures your item in our production schedule, and you will be notified once it has been shipped.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your pre-order is ready for shipping, it will be sent using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination and the chosen shipping method.
Delays and Changes
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, unexpected delays may occur. Should any significant changes happen, we will notify you via the contact information provided during the checkout process.
Cancellations and Refunds
Pre-orders are subject to our standard return and refund policy. However, cancellations are not accepted once the item has entered production.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the waiting time and other terms outlined above.

Right of Complaint

A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage due to incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain in "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/error. NU-Modest ApS® will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Shipments are not accepted per cash on delivery.

Refund

To initiate a refund, Danish customers can conveniently submit their request through our NU-Modest Return Portal:https://return.shipmondo.com/nu-modest

International customers, please contact us at support@nu-modest.com to start your return and refund process.

For refunds, please include your bank details (account number and sort code) to facilitate the transfer of the agreed refund amount. This information is handled securely and used solely to process your refund.

Right of Withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased from our webshop, calculated from the day you receive the order. For multiple items or deliveries, the right of return is calculated from the day you receive the last item or delivery.

Return costs must be borne by you. To cancel, notify us no later than 14 days after purchase at support@nu-modest.com. You must return the item no later than 14 days after cancellation.

Goods Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

Products made to the consumer's specifications or with a clear personal touch.
Sealed goods, which for health protection or hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return if the seal is broken.
Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
Items marked as "final sale."

Return Policy

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. Upon return, you are responsible for proper packaging. Attach a copy of the order confirmation and the Cancellation Form. The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

We do not accept packages sent by post or cash on delivery.

Returns from Denmark, UK, and Other Countries

Denmark: For returns within Denmark, you bear the direct costs, which is 45 DKK via GLS.
UK: Due to BREXIT, the return shipping cost is £29 with UPS, where we handle all the papers and custom for you. Otherwise you bear the risk of return, if you choose to have another carrier.
Other Countries: Contact us at support@nu-modest.com for return shipping costs.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are liable for any deterioration in the item's value if it has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, properties, or functioning. In case of such deterioration, only a partial refund may be given, depending on the commercial value.

Payback

If you regret your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid, minus any applicable deductions for item deterioration, within 14 days of being notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Personal Data Policy

In order to process your order, we require your name, address, phone number, email address, and purchase information. The processing of this data complies with our [Privacy Policy for NU-Modest ApS®](link to your privacy policy).
